Jill Scott: The Real Thing
The real thing she is! I love this latest album of Jill's. She is always bringing the same great style, delivery, and flow. She makes cooking breakfast and having a conversation with your man sound so beautiful and intriguing. Her music pours from her soul like warm, buttery syrup onto some waffles! Her commanding voice is one that demands to be heard amidst this washed up industry. You should definitely buy this new album, it will certainly please.
Should Teachers Start Packing Pistols?
Oregon teacher, Shirley Katz, wants to be allowed to carry her gun to school for protection. She has issues with her ex-husband and she fears a Columbine incident may take place and needs her weapon to secure her safety... Okay... Looking at the picture above you can see in her eyes she's crazy! I think the school board needs to give her the walking papers now and request her psyche evaluation before there is horrific incident taking place in Oregon. She's asking for someone to stop her, we need to pay attention to the signs! What kind of crazy world are we living in?! Teachers want to pack pistols!
Dragon Fly Spies?!
Be careful folks, that bug buzzing around could be a spy! Now the phrase "I'd love to be a fly on the wall" could be taken literally! This story will more than likely scare those of you who are already paranoid about wire taps and the government. Deputy Kills After Being Called A Name
Tyler Peterson apparently opened fire after a dispute with his ex-girlfriend and being called "a worthless pig." Pictured above are his 6 victims, his youngest victim was ,14-year-old Lindsey Stahl, whose 15th birthday was next month. The entire town of Crandon, Wisconsin is grieving and can't believe this could happen in their small town.

2007 VH1 Hip-Hop Honors
The Hip-Hop Honors, hosted by comedian Tracy Morgan, were great! Although after viewing the performances and listening to the lyrics from some of the "Greats," I realized that hip-hop has always had a mixture of thought provoking lyrics and ignorant ones... For example, " All I want to do is zooma zoom zoom zoom and a boom boom, just shake your rump!" That used to be the jam and we didn't even recognize the misogyny! I suppose there will always be the hip-hop songs you love to hate. Honorees were Missy Elliot, Whodini, NewJack Swing (Teddy Riley and Andre Harrell), Snoop Dogg, A Tribe Called Quest, and Wild Style. There were major performances by Keyshia Cole, Eve, T-Pain, Ne-Yo, Pharrell, Ice-T, Ciara, T.I., Kool Moe Dee, KRS1, Common, Bow Wow, Nick Cannon, Nelly Furtado, Tweet, Jermaine Dupri, Nelly, and other old school artists I'm too young to know. The Foolishness Begins
Tiffany Pollard, aka New York, is pure comedy! I am not sure if her show is truly reality or actors looking for work, but I love it. I am expecting a lot of choreographed drama and mayhem. Her list of men include a "midget mac" and some "unsure" of their sexuality. I will make sure to keep you posted every Monday until 'New York' finds her mate!
